Surgical Instrument Ultrasonic Cleaner Manufacturer Conclusions

In every case of testing, the AG Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems and process proved to be extremely effective at reducing the bacterial level of contamination for a wide variety of objects. For both Enterococcus and Escherichia coli, lab results revealed a 100% reduction for every non-porous item tested, a 97% reduction in Enterococcus and a 100% reduction of E. colifor porous items such a microfiber cleaning towel.bacteria were completely eliminated from all contaminated surfaces. The results also conclusively proved that AG Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment can be used to clean items with substantial bacterial contamination (and this was accomplished without having to frequently change the water in the cleaning tank). Special waste disposal requirements were also not necessary for the wash water after items with bacterial contamination had been cleaned.

Ultrasonic cleaning machine is a simple one step solution which would clean the instruments witin 5-10 minutes of cleaning cycle thereby ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the instruments. It only cleans more effectively than manual washing, but also enhances the life of the instruments and helps avoiding cross contaminations.
We have specifically designed our Ultrasonic cleaners to suit the lenght of the laparoscopy instruments and we also custom manufacture the machine as per the size of the instuments to be cleaned.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: Ultrasonic Cleaning is the use of sound waves through water to create microscopic implosions, removing contamination from surfaces, nooks and crannies.

A: The technical process: Ultrasonic energy is introduced into the body of water via transducers.

A: We recommend that you choose the right cleaning agent by the cleaning effect you want to achieve.

A: Most poor cleaning usually results from improper control of one or more process variable(s); such as choosing the wrong detergent solution, insufficient heat, or not allowing enough time for the particular soil to be removed. If you suspect that your ultrasonic cleaner is not cavitating properly, there are two simple tests you can perform: the “glass slide” test and the “foil” test.

A:Rinsing is recommended to remove any chemical residue, which could be harmful to the part. Parts can be rinsed right in your ultrasonic cleaner, using a clean water bath, or in a separate tub containing tap, distilled or deionised water.

A: Heat usually enhances and speeds up the cleaning process, and most detergent solutions are designed to work best at an elevated temperature. The best way to find the optimum temperature, which will give you the fastest, cleanest and safest results, is to run tests. Usually, the best results are within the 50°C to 75°C range.

A: I would definitely recommend, especially the particular unit we have.

A: We did plan originally to get a washer disinfector, but we didn’t think it was worthwhile investment compared to the ultrasonic cleaner.

A:It really speeds up the decontamination process and our staff don’t have hand scrub equipment,.
