Features & Details

Deep cleaning ultrasonic immersible transducers give you the ability to add the ultrasonic advantage to your existing cleaning application.

We bond and wire the immersible transducer inside a durable stainless steel container, and seal it with a stainless steel lid. This gives

you the ability to “drop-in” transducers to an existing tank or application.
Heavy duty 304L 316L stainless steel- to insure long life and performanceInstallation hardware included- to insure ease of installation.

Immersible Transducers (Submersible)

Ultrasonic transducer elements sealed in a liquid-tight housing are an option to transducer elements permanently bonded to the side or bottom of a cleaning tank.

The major benefits of immersible ultrasonic transducers are that they are easy to service and can be added to existing equipment, often without extensive tank modifications.

This includes standard individual frequencies from 25 kHz to 270 kHz as well as multiple frequencies in a single or multiple units.

Ultrasonics immersible tranducers are intended to withstand the abuse unavoidable in a heavy industrial environment.  Standard units are constructed of heavy gauge 316L stainless steel with other materials available for use in challenging process applications.

• Long life span caused by low erosion

• Stainless steel 2.5 mm, AISI 316

• High temperature stability up to 125 C max.

• Suitable for pressure and vacuum applications

• New radiating characteristics

• Equal power along the entire surface

• Increased mechanical stability due to rugged design

• High reliability due to non bonded transducers

• Ultrasonic frequencies: 25 kHz or 40 kHz

• Immersible transducers and flat transducer plates are available in this technology

Advantage of Ultrasonic Cleaning

Compared to many other cleaning method,ultrasonic cleaning machine have advantages are as follow

Cleaning effect is good, high cleanliness and cleanness of all artifacts;

Cleaning faster, improve production efficiency;

Don’t need hand touching cleaning fluid, safe and reliable;

Deep blind hole, crack, and the product nook can be cleaned;

Save solvent, thermal energy, work place and artificial, etc.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: Ultrasonic Cleaning is the use of sound waves through water to create microscopic implosions, removing contamination from surfaces, nooks and crannies.

A: The technical process: Ultrasonic energy is introduced into the body of water via transducers.

A: We recommend that you choose the right cleaning agent by the cleaning effect you want to achieve.

A: Most poor cleaning usually results from improper control of one or more process variable(s); such as choosing the wrong detergent solution, insufficient heat, or not allowing enough time for the particular soil to be removed. If you suspect that your ultrasonic cleaner is not cavitating properly, there are two simple tests you can perform: the “glass slide” test and the “foil” test.

A:Rinsing is recommended to remove any chemical residue, which could be harmful to the part. Parts can be rinsed right in your ultrasonic cleaner, using a clean water bath, or in a separate tub containing tap, distilled or deionised water.

A: Heat usually enhances and speeds up the cleaning process, and most detergent solutions are designed to work best at an elevated temperature. The best way to find the optimum temperature, which will give you the fastest, cleanest and safest results, is to run tests. Usually, the best results are within the 50°C to 75°C range.

A: I would definitely recommend, especially the particular unit we have.

A: We did plan originally to get a washer disinfector, but we didn’t think it was worthwhile investment compared to the ultrasonic cleaner.

A:It really speeds up the decontamination process and our staff don’t have hand scrub equipment,.
